Brand new, never opened.  I'm the first and only owner of this (aside from my mom buying it for me all those years ago).  What you see in the photos is what you get.  Packaging is fantastic, and I've left it in the plastic I put it in years ago to protect it from the environment.  Still, it does have some shelf wear (check the edges, dent/crease on the card).  Please look at the photos to determine condition for yourself.
