You are buying a (more than likely NEW) Rare Japanese Stamp Issue Book April 1990 Vol.45:No. 2 Whole No. 282. All pictures are of the actual Stamp Issue Book which is pretty clean and overall in an unbelievable shape. Other than I noticed that cosmetically speaking it shows a few minor black and brown dots; the good news are that it is nothing bad at all specially since all of the pages can be red without any type of problems because nothing is tear, highlighted, underlining or badly damaged. So, it is due to this small imperfections that I am offering this book under "used" although this book looks either New or Like New at the very least. Nevertheless, buyer please see all of the pictures since they are a visual part of the description showing you the exact condition of the Stamp Issue Book. For Your Information I am listing (separately) another Rare Lot Of Stamp Issue Books (w/ Stamp Included) From 1984 To 1992, as well as listing a Large Inventory of Railroad Books and Magazines so, if interested click at link below/visit my store.
