Colt Studio Presents LEATHER! Framed Photo by Jim French circa 1998
Background: A piece of gay print history, the Colt Studios Presents series were a popular publication featuring beefcake and posed photographs by Jim French. Jim French was an American artist, illustrator, photographer, filmmaker, and publisher. He is best known for his association with Colt Studio which he, using the pseudonym Rip Colt, created in late 1967. French built build what would become one of the most successful gay male imagery companies in the U.S. The image was extracted from the original Leather! publication.
Measurements: 8.5" x 11" unframed and 16" x 13" framed.
Condition: Item is in good condition, there are some signs of wear around the edges and corners. Paper and color are in excellent and glossy condition, and bound still tightly together. Please reach out with any questions and/or to see uncovered images.
