This self-adhesive kraft tape, made in Japan by Sekisui, is the premium 504NS grade. The 70gm² brown paper has a pressure sensitive adhesive with a strength rating of 337. Surface is polycoated to make it water resistant. It is non-slip, sticks to itself - important at the corners, and bumpers will stick to it. You can also write on it.

Slightly stiff but easy to shape into the rebate and corners. Excellent durability over a wide temperature range.

Take care. Sekisui 504NS tape for framers is superior to Sekisui 500 grade tapes which have a lower adhesive strength rating of 277. 500 series tapes also have a surface which does not stick to itself and bumpers don’t stick to it.
