This vintage vinyl appears to be in very good condition.  There are what appears to be minor scratches.  Other than these the record appears to have very little wear.  The sleeve has very minor rub wear very minor creases very very minute corner curls and a slight notch in the upper left corner.  This vinyl is a promo and has promo marking on vinyl label and sleeve.
