Used - Excellent used condition.  Drive adapter and deflector have been washed, rinsed, sanitized and polished prior to sale.  It is ready for immediate food use.  Parts were tested on Hobart Power Dicer unit shown in pictures and are not included with listing listing.  You are buying a Genuine Hobart French Fry conversion kit including drive shaft and deflector shield parts only.  

Genuine Hobart Power Dicer French Fry Conversion kit includes the drive adapter and pin assembly and the deflector sub assembly.  They are made of stainless steel and is sold under part number 00-072433 and previously P-072433 and 00-072422 and previously R-70422.  Power dicer attachment required to make this part work is not included with this listing.  

When using the Power Dicer attachment to make French Fries, you remove the rotating cutting blade and replace it with this drive adapter and deflector shield sub assembly

Part costs close to $2,000 + shipping + sales tax when ordered new from Hobart.  However the defector shield sub assembly has now been discontinued.
