These wheels are NOS. They appear to be closer to 23/32. They all appear to have tread patterns.

They have been stored a long time and the occasional one may not be perfect.  Each lot will be pulled out of the giant container I have and counted at random. I will obviously do my best to remove any that are unusable. They came from a hobby shop in Milwaukee WI. I have an absurd amount of these things so I can accommodate most requests. I will list small lots as well, but I probably won't sell just one or two. Hole for the axle is roughly 1/16". If your axle is larger than that they will most likely not work without modification or replacement of the axle.
