Return Policy: Most items have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee Unopened items.

My Store Policy: The shipping costs are not refundable in case of returns ; the refund will be made for item price.

Returns will not be accepted if the item come back with : fragrance odor, body sweat, stains or anything else showing that the item has been used.

The item will have to be returned in the same way as the buyer has received it. Make Sure the item is in original condition with tags attached without damages.

All returns with false or wrong reasons will be presented with Ebay so that they take the last decision. (change of mind, wrong size, didn’t like, buyers  remorse) will be subject to 10% restocking. Refunds will only be issued if item is found to be substantially different than photos or description stated.  

The item must be as it has been sent, including tag and no signal that has been used.

Shipping Policy: Shipments are processed within 2 business day of cleared payment. (excluding holidays). Packages are shipped on a daily basis. We are happy to combine shipping on multiple item purchases! Message us if you would like to purchase multiple items for a quote on shipping. After the payment I calculate the shipping cost and refund the price differences back to your account. 

Make sure your address is correct. We do not ship outside of the United States. PO address/ International. We only ship to confirmed Ebay or Paypal addresses. BUYER is responsible for All shipping cost. Orders are generally shipped on the same day or next business day after payment is completed.  This applies Monday-Friday excluding holidays.  We reserve the right to use either FEDEX,UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.  Damage due to shipping mishandling will be addressed through a postal insurance claim. Buyer is obligated to provide photos of damage per insurance regulations in order to file a successful claim.

We are not responsible for the transit time of the shipping service. Transit times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary according to the origin and destination of the package, particularly during peak periods.
