20-0092-FL Catch Can Kit, S2000, 00-05, Crankcase, LHD Only, Fluid Lock

These kits are specifically designed for the 00-05 Honda S2000, LHD (left hand drive) chassis. It is NOT compatible with any RHD (right hand drive) or 06-09 LHD S2000 models

An oil catch can is essential on a performance vehicle to protect the engine from elevated levels of crankcase blow-by accumulated from aggressive driving. Excess oil-saturated air circulating back into the air intake stream can lead to degraded performance. Radium Engineering catch cans feature large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick.

S2000 CATCH CAN KITS

Radium Engineering offers two completely independent S2000 oil catch can kits that are sold individually or together. They do NOT vent to atmosphere (VTA), thus are emissions and track legal. Closed loop systems route clean filtered air back in through the engine to be burned and to promote negative crankcase pressure for optimal performance. Furthermore, closed systems prevent unwanted oil vapors from entering into the cabin.
If only one kit is purchased, the 20-0093 PCV side kit is recommended. For the ultimate protection, especially when using forced induction, the dual catch can kit 20-0096 is recommended.

The 20-0092 CCV Catch Can Kit (shown) runs inline with the 1/2" valve cover breather port and air intake pipe. At low loads it experiences atmospheric pressure, but when the engine is at high load (WOT), this hose will experience vacuum and would normally be drawing unwanted crankcase vapors, unspent fuel, and oil sludge into the air filter intake pipe. If the engine is turbocharged or supercharged a catch can will help keep oil out of the charge piping. This kit is compatible with all strut tower braces.

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  The restocking fee covers the cost our order processing, shipping cost, and restocking process.
  • Items you wish to return MUST be approved prior to your return.  Contact us for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and specify your reason for return.  All return inquires must be sent to us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within eBay's 30 days of receiving your RMA#
  • Returned items must be in brand new condition.
  • Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued.  Approved refunds are issued within 2-3 days.
  • If a mistake was made by us, we ill provide a return shipping label for you to use to make the exchange as seamless as possible.

    If the item is coming back in stock within two weeks, we'll ask if you want to keep it on order.  If any longer, we will immediately refund you.  We ship backordered items immediately when they become available.
