OUR RETURN POLICY

• If you absolutely need to return your item(s) you purchased, you have 30 days from date of purchase to do so. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING! Shipping is EXPENSIVE! We can help you with that by simply reaching out to us and we can send you a return label through email that we would deduct from your refund.
• If you receive an item or package that is damaged it is the buyer’s responsibility to reach out to us ASAP. Items and packages get damaged all the time during shipping. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE US NEGATIVE FEEDBACK if this happens. These are factors out of our control. We will work with you to resolve these kinds of mishaps.
• If you choose to use an EBAY LABEL to return a defective item and you choose NOT to reach out to us or wait for us to email you a return label you will be subject to a deduction from your refund for the difference. We use our own labels as shipping is expensive and our rates are far less than eBay’s labels.
• Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation and packaging materials.
• NEW items that are returned USED will be subject to a refund deduction or no refund at all.
• Items sold to you pre-owned MUST be in the same condition as sold to you.
• If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the item(s) double-boxed.
• When repacking the product box, avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue.
• ALL items are FULLY inspected, and pictures are taken prior to shipping to ensure the contents of the items and packages were intake prior to shipping.
