All records are professionally cleaned and given new inner sleeve if needed then samples are tested on headphones for play grade.

My grading system is visual & audio:

 

VISUAL:

NEW (New, sealed, unopened)

MINT (Mint, opened however no signs of use, even no spindle line)

NM (Near Mint, almost new with a few hair-lines possible & or few spindle lines)

EX+ (Excellent plus, very clean & shiny with little evidence of play or sleeve removal)

EX (Excellent, some light scuffs & hair-lines, marks of sleeve removal, but no deep scratches)

EX- (Excellent minus, lot of hair-lines, hair-lines are not scratches, no scratches)

VG (Very Good, one up to couple scratches

& scuffs, mostly superficial)

G (Good, pronounced wear, lack of gloss, several scratches & scuffs, but still playable)

 

AUDIO:

MINT (like new, perfect clean sound)

NM (almost perfect sound with a few light pops possible)

EX+ (very occasional slight crackles)

EX (slight background noise through)

VG (medium crackles but not overpowered music, no skips, no jumps if not mentioned)

G (high crackles but no skips or jumps if not mentioned)
