The Synergy 4138-L is a heavy-duty replacement tie rod end designed exclusively for Synergy HD Steering systems on 2014–2024 Ram 2500 and 2013–2024 Ram 3500 4x4 trucks. Featuring a metal-on-metal sintered bushing design with precision grease grooves, the 4138-L delivers superior wear resistance and longevity compared to nylon-bushed alternatives. The 4140 steel stud with oversized 1-1/4" shank eliminates stress risers, while the forged housing and spring-loaded bearing maintain tight tolerances throughout the component's service life. Two units are required per Synergy HD Tie Rod (Part #8702-01)--one driver side, one passenger side. Not compatible with OEM steering.
