This is a Waltham 16s Arabic Yellow Enamel Pocket Watch Dial 42.42mm - Models 1908 1912. Single Sunk. Yellow coated enamel, no damage. Dial feet are all there. 18.2, 38.8, 57.6 positions for 16s models 1908, 1912, and some 1899 as listed in a guide book I have. See photos for full condition details and further description.
