DESCRIPTION
This is a stunning formal gown made by Alfred Angelo. It could be worn as a prom dress or for a pageant. I could also see it being used as a wedding gown for someone who wants a dress with a bit of color! The material is polyester, and it is a cyan blue color. The bodice of the dress has a fitted wiggle cut, and it has a gathered ruched design. The bodice of the dress is lined in polyester. The dress has a drop waist, and the skirt is very full and voluminous. The skirt has various gathers, giving it a lovely drape, and it has a bubble hem. The skirt has four layers. The outer layer is polyester, and there is a polyester lining under that. Then there is a layer of tulle netting, and there is an inner polyester lining as well. The dress closes with a zipper down the back.
SIZING
There are no size tags on this item, but I believe it would best fit a size Small. The actual measurements are as follows:
Bust: 16.5" across, underarm
to underarm (33" around. There are bust darts just below this that
expand the bust slightly. For reference, my mannequin has a 32"
bust, and this dress was roomy on her)
Natural Waist: 13.5" across (27" around, measured at the
narrowest part of the bodice)
Drop Waist: 18" across (36" around, measured at the seam
between the bodice and the skirt)
Hips: 18.5" across (37" around, measured just above the
drop waist seam)
Length: 52" from the underarm to the hem
Note: These are the actual measurements of the garment, so please leave yourself room for comfort of movement. All measurements were taken with the item laying flat. The flat measurements were doubled to give an approximate measurement around.
CONDITION
This dress is in good used condition, but it does have some flaws. I noticed some faint gray marks along the hem of the dress as well as a few specks here and there on the skirt that I think may be water marks. I also noticed that the hem of the inner lining has started to fray, although this is not visible from the outside. The last three pictures show examples of these flaws. These flaws are minor and should not be too noticeable when the dress is worn!

Shipping:
I go to the post office every week day, Monday - Friday. I typically ship items out one business day after I've received payment, so if I receive payment on Friday, your item will go in the mail Monday (although if I receive payment early enough, I might get it in the mail the same day). If you need an item to be shipped right away, just let me know and I will do my best to get it out to you as soon as possible!
PLEASE NOTE: I will ship your item to the address listed on the payment, so please make sure that your address is up-to-date!

Clothing Condition:
The large majority of the items in my store are vintage and/or pre-owned. I will list any major flaws in the item description. However, most vintage clothing has been around for several decades or more, and it may have some minor snags in the fabric, the occasional loose thread or other minimal signs of wear. Vintage items may also have raw seams that have not been serged. By purchasing, you are accepting that these items are used and may not be 100% perfect. However, if you feel I have overlooked a major flaw, please let me know!
