FREIGHT:

Please message us the following information after checkout when purchasing an item that requires freight. Full address and include whether it is a residential or business location. Company name and phone number to contact. Let us know if you will need a liftgate truck. 

UPS/USPS: For regular shipping USPS/UPS we typically offer a two day handling time, however most items are shipped same day. 

RETURNS:

We currently only accept returns on items damaged upon arrival or for an error/mistake on our part. You must save all original packing materials including the label and contact us right away. 

In the unfortunate event that you may receive a defective product or an item that was damaged during shipping please email or message us and allow us the opportunity to help resolve the issue.  Depending on the situation we may be able to offer a refund or send a replacement.
