Returns
For a return request, please contact us BEFORE and allow us the opportunity to resolve any issues.
- Returns on International orders are NOT accepted.
- Absolutely NO returns or exchanges allowed on products that have been used,
fitted, installed, mounted or missing components.
- New items being returned MUST be in the original packaging including unopened
plastic wrapped items and in factory brand new conditions.
- Return authorization (RMA#) must be clearly displayed per instructions provided;
this will help expedite the return process.
- In case of damaged delivery; all carrier-related damage or loss claims must be made
with the carrier within 48 hours of receiving the item.
