A wonderful book in a beautiful custom leather binding! Binding is signed by The Fifth Avenue Book Shop on the rear inside cover, gilt on the bottom edge. Bound in full green Moroccan leather with floral gilt decoration on the spine, gilt borders on both inside and outside front and rear covers. Top page edges gilt. Some pages remain uncut. Printed by letterpress on handmade paper; outside edge rough cut. Illustrated with small printers devices, mostly in the margins or to end a chapter. Beautiful handmade book in very good condition!
