Is it hard to install Vertical Doors?

It is fairly easy as long as you are mechanically inclined and have basic tools. Our bolt-on kits come with your vehicles factory bolt patter for an easy install. A 6-12 page instructions manual is provided along with free tech support. We prototype every kit to be as easy as possible to install.

Is it difficult to operate the doors after the Conversion?

Not only is our kit easy to install but is also easy to operate. Basically open your door like normal until it stops at a predetermined position then raise your door. Every kit comes with a shock that will take most of the door weight making it easy to raise the door up. Our are also known as Lambo Doors, Scissor Doors, Wing Doors, Butterfly Doors, Lamborghini Doors, etc. Your vehicle will keep its factory look and feel while you are driving but the moment you stop and raise your doors you will experience a whole new level of attention that no other upgrade can give you. Are all vertical door kits the same?

No, Vertical Doors, Inc. is the only USA manufacturer. We use domestic carbon steel and all our pivot and strike points are heat treated.

Most companies that have copied our designed use the cheapest way possible means to make their kits and since they can just shut down and restart under another name, they don't worry about quality of their products. 

SHIPPING: Orders are typically shipped to destinations within (3 - 5) business day after receipt of payment. PLEASE ALLOW 1 - 5 DAYS FOR TRANSIT TIME. Your order is custom packed for its protection. Shipping insurance is included in our quote. For faster delivery or shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada, please requests an updated quote prior to remitting payment. We provide products directly from manufactures and in the rare case an item is on backorder our purchasing power enables us to be first in line. You will promptly be notified if an item is in back order and given an e.t.a. for arrival. UPS tracking information will be emailed to you when it becomes available. Note: UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes. Be sure to specify a delivery address and Telephone number. Canadian buyers may incur an additional brokerage fee. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

All E-Bay sales are final unless otherwise posted. Defective merchandise must be reported to us with-in 48 Hrs. of receiving the item. Failure to report any defective or damaged merchandise will result in the loss of your shipping insurance coverage and will be unable to be returned.

If your item is damaged in shipping you must contact us with-in 48 Hrs of receipt and contact UPS/FedEx to file a claim. UPS/FedEx will not allow us to file a claim without being able to pick up and inspect the item, make sure that the item and packaging can be picked up by UPS/FedEx for evaluation.
If you are missing any components from your package, you need to contact us within 72Hrs. All of our products are cover by manufacturers warranty, unless the item is used or are being liquidated.

A request or a return must be submitted and approved before shipment and clearly displayed upon outside of package. A return authorization number can be requested contacting us via eBay. Request must include part number, invoice number, and description of concerns. The issuance of an RA Number does NOT guarantee credit will be issued. All returns must be shipped Pre-Paid Freight, freight collect shipments will be refused. Any return without proper RA number displayed on packaging will be refused at shippers expense. NON-Defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee at our discretion. Requested within 7 days of receipt.
