NOTE THAT IT DOES NOT FIT GPZ550H, IT CLASHES WITH THE CARBURETTOR TOP 😢 but we have another tap for that model 😁

PLEASE NOTE AND DO NOT BUY THIS TAP UNLESS YOU HAVE READ THIS. .. The distance between the mounting holes on this tap is 34mm.

Some tanks are fitted with a tap with 44mm hole centres. Please check yours before purchase. We stock both types.

This is a brand new vacuum operated fuel tap with single plastic filter and rubber tank gasket seal.

Note that our tap has the fuel outlet facing rearward rather than the original that is on the rear of the tap.

Our vacuum tube faces inwards.

The casting of our taps is superb and they are all checked before dispatch.

Please take a good look at the pictures of our taps and see if you can find better castings elsewhere!

Don't mess about trying to reseal your old original fuel tap. I've tried all that and it just doesn't last, usually because the castings are all bunged up inside and really need to be ultrasonically cleaned.

Also the seal kits are very expensive too.

Apart from that it's not worth wasting time even trying to fix them when you can buy something like this from us so cheaply !

OK so this tap not original Kawasaki but it is a much cheaper alternative than trying to get an original one.

Our taps are as good as you are going to buy, I've searched high and low for a long time for taps for these bikes that are just right and these are the best!

To date, we have had no returns or issues with my supplier and manufacturer.

Fitting this will eradicate all the usual problems of old taps not working and fuel not flowing or leaking taps.

Technical specifications:

These taps are very well made with very good casting material and tolerances, they are not made from 'monkey metal' like lots of other cheap taps are. I've bought them!... and binned them!

This will be a direct fit on your bike but you must change the routing of the pipes and as detailed above you may need to replace the petrol pipe for ethanol resistant type.

We sell very good quality clear heavy wall thickness E5 and E10 resistant pipe suitable for this tap should you need any.

* Hole diameter is 6.5mm for your 6mm bolts

* Connection to fuel line: 8mm internal diameter pipe.

* connection to vacuum line : 6mm internal diameter pipe (We can also supply this)

Our taps are obviously supplied with a tank seal too. We stock replacement seal's should you need one for if you repaint or wash your tank out.

PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLY.. Please compare yours with my pictures before purchase and check that you will be able to reroute or replace your pipes to fit this tap .
