Soft cover with a few scuffs, edge wear, rubbing to spine. Small fold out map & 1 page map. approx. 35 pages of photos. There are a couple of photo pages that were stuck together at one point, and now separated with a little damage to them (rubbing/stiffness/bleeding). Not too bad, but i wanted to note the issue. Also the blank page opposite the beginning of the index has a few stains/ spots. see pics!
