Product Description

The BBK 40150 is a pair of 1-3/4-inch shorty tuned-length exhaust headers in polished silver ceramic finish for the 2019-2025 Ram 1500 with the 5.7L HEMI VVT V8 (DT platform, 6-lug models only). These headers are designed as direct bolt-on replacements for the restrictive factory exhaust manifolds, delivering 8-15 additional horsepower through unrestricted exhaust flow and improved scavenging waves that promote better combustion efficiency. The tuned-length design outperforms both stock manifolds and equal-length headers by optimizing exhaust pulse timing for maximum cylinder evacuation.

Each header is constructed from 1-3/4-inch CNC mandrel-bent mild steel tubing with 3/8-inch thick laser-cut flanges for additional strength and a guaranteed leak-free seal. All units are robotically welded and precision hand-finished, then individually pressure tested before shipping. The polished silver ceramic coating holds in heat to reduce underhood temperatures while improving power output and providing lasting corrosion protection. Compatible with the factory mid-pipe or any aftermarket exhaust system. Includes gaskets, header bolts, heat wrap, and all hardware for a complete installation.
