Offered is this antique stock certificate, issued by the Interstate Chemical Company of Georgia, located in Rome. The certificate, issued for 11 shares of stock at $25/share, is dated July 20, 1912 and was issued to C. B. Caperton. This is a rare find; at the time of original listing I could not find any other stock certificates from this company for sale on eBay.

The two-sided certificate is approx. 10 1/2" x 8". It is in very good condition. There are no tears, although there are some tiny pinholes. There are two creases from prior folding and some stray marks on the back. The color is still bright and the handwriting is legible.
