International Buyers – Key Information:
- Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for these charges.
- It is recommended to check with your country's customs office to find out about any extra costs before bidding or buying.
- These fees are usually collected by the shipping company or at the time of pickup and are not extra shipping charges.
- If a buyer refuses to pay customs fees and returns the item, shipping costs will not be refunded.
- We follow US and international laws and do not undervalue items or mark them as "gifts."
Unintentional Purchases/Buyer’s Regret:
- We will not accept unintentional purchases anymore.
- Buyers must request a cancellation within one hour of the transaction. We will have three days to approve or deny this request.
- If the cancellation is denied, all sales are final, and buyers must complete the transaction. eBay will also be informed.
- If the cancellation is approved and payment has been made, a refund will be processed within ten days.
- If package intercept services are used, the related costs will be deducted from the refund.
- A 5% restocking fee will apply to refunds for approved cancellations where payment has been received, with refunds issued within ten days.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes:
Due to an increase in chargebacks and payment disputes from fraudulent buyers:
- We will no longer accept offers or deals made through direct messages. Only site coupons or offers we provide will be accepted from now on.
- Any offers made through direct messages will be ignored and deleted, with responses reserved for serious inquiries only.
All items are kept in a smoke-free, windowless facility, where smoking is not allowed inside or nearby. However, prior to items coming to us may indeed come from a smoker(s) unfortunately we that we cannot guarantee items are completely free from smoke exposure.
