ISSUE WITH ORDER? |
Delivered, but not in mailbox: If this occurs, try waiting a few days / week to see if it shows up. The post office can be inconsistent at times and may deliver to wrong addresses.
Not Received / Lost: You MUST submit a request through eBay. I do not refund for lost items sooner than 2 weeks from the shipping date AND no updates to tracking for at least 7 days.
Damaged or issue with card condition: Send me a picture so I can file a claim in case it was damaged on shipping and I may be able to issue a replacement or at least a refund.
Missing cards / Wrong Order: I’m not perfect and if your order is incorrect or missing cards, let me know so I can do my best to fix it.
