Returns:

Stock items no longer required may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund at customers own expense (please contact us before returning).  All items must be returned unopened, unused and in original packaging with all accessories.  We reserve the right to charge a fee if goods are not returned in the original condition received or if any accessories are not returned.  Custom made/personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.

All orders are despatched free of charge to mainland UK (this includes England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands).  Please contact us for a postage quotation for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles.  We endeavour to despatch stock items within 24 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.  Please note the factory closes for 2 weeks over the Christmas period.
