This is a STERLING COLLEGE (KS) blue and red adjustable hat / cap

Tag indicates this is a child / youth size hat would also small adult-size head

Condition notes:  Clean outside. Slight signs of wear inside and has a few tiny scuff marks on the underside of the brim. Washed and ready to wear. Please see the photos for more details.
