It is important that you ensure the turbocharger part number on your unit matches the numbers in this listing. There can be more than one CHRA for a specific vehicle, so this is the only way to ensure the correct fitment. Typically, the serial number is found on the alloy inlet housing of the turbocharger. Follow the pipe from the air filter to the turbo - the housing the pipe attached to is the compressor housing. On this housing should be a metal tag, or the numbers could also be found on a machined face.

Please ensure you are 100% certain you have ordered the correct part, if you are unsure, send us the vehicle REG or a list of the numbers on the turbo (or a picture) and we will confirm the unit for you. Turbo Rebuild cannot be held responsible for units ordered incorrectly.

 

When purchasing a CHRA from Turbo Rebuild, we are happy to offer an installation service to fit the CHRA into your turbo housings with a full calibration. Simply purchase the CHRA and installation service and send your turbocharger to our reconditioning centre. We will fully disassemble, chemically clean housings, actuator, nozzle ring (where used), before media blasting to ensure no contamination remains and the unit looks as near to new as physically possible.

All parts being reused will then be inspected to ensure are fit to reuse before the turbo is built back up with the purchased CHRA. The unit is then flow benched (where required) on our calibration rig and boost control is set and checked. The completed unit is then packed and dispatched back to your address. NOTE: All parts being reused must be in a perfect working condition and inside of OE tolerance, otherwise the parts will require replacement (we will contact customer in these instances).
