I took this in on trade. Completely disassembled it, cleaned and checked all connectors, Re-Seated the processor with new paste, and cleaned the cooling fan. I installed a New Corsair 256GB Solid State Hard Drive with a Clean New Win 10 Pro Operating System, and a New Office 2019 Pro Plus Program. These are both activated for life. (See the pictures.) It has 8GB of very fast Ram. I get nearly 600Mbps on wired Ethernet and 250Mbps on WiFi. (This will depend on your Internet Service Provider and the speed you purchase).
