Mainstays 2" Gel Infused Memory Foam Mattress Topper Twin.  Never been used without a waterproof vinyl mattress cover over it.  When it was used, it was used for LESS THAN 3 weeks.  Always was covered with a waterproof mattress cover over it.  So, it is essentially LIKE NEW with a new box (no dents, no holes in the box).
