Shipping

Our despatch days are Monday to Friday. Items are despatch same day where payments are received by 2pm (on rare occasions where this is not possible they will be despatched the next day). 
All orders where payment is received after that will be despatched on the next despatch day. We always notify you through eBay messages when your item has been shipped.
Please remember that Shipping Costs include the cost of packaging materials and handling.
 Please note courier delivery requires a signature upon arrival. 
If the courier cannot deliver they will leave a calling card, the buyer needs to rearrange delivery as soon as possible, the courier only hold the parcel for 48 hours. 
If a parcel is returned to unique regalia a new courier delivery charge will apply for redelivery.

Return Policy

Unique Regalia operates a 14 day returns policy (including bank holidays and weekends). Goods must be back with us by the 14th day. The returns period starts from the day delivery were attempted. Returns are valid as long as you return your item/s back to us in unworn & unused condition with all original packaging. We'll process your refund or exchange within 14 working days after receipt of your return. If you return something outside of the returns period, we reserve the right to issue a credit note or resend the goods ordered back to the original delivery address. It is your responsibility to make sure you send the return using a recorded & track able service, as we cannot refund any lost, missing or damaged parcels. It will be your responsibility to claim. Please note we are unable to refund any postage or carriage charges for returns But Postage and packing is only refundable on faulty goods.
