It has a small mark on the reverse, but no recognizable artist's signature, or other manufacturing marks.
It measures 12- 1/2 inches tall by 6 inches in diameter. The mouth rim measures 3- 1/4 inches in diameter, and the foot ring measures 2- 3/4 inches in diameter.
