Brand new, never opened.  I'm the first and only owner of this (aside from my mom buying it for me all those years ago).  What you see in the photos is what you get.  Box is in very nice shape, but has some shelf wear (dings in corners and on front, dent in plastic). You'll notice that the figure is loose in the package - the rubber bands Hasbro used to hold it to the cardboard degraded.  Again, this is brand new. Please look at the photos to determine condition for yourself.
