This is a very rare De Sela piece. You can see the imperfections in the photos. I believe this is foam and papier-mâché, the foam is the core with papier-mâché surrounding, and then painted with a clear coat with a clear coat over the paint.

It sits a staggering 18” in height which is one of the largest of his pieces!

This is vintage, not new, you buy, as is. This may have imperfections such as, but not limited to: dings, dents, scratches, scrapes, patina, chips, cracks, etc..
