Product Description

The BMR UCM001R upper control arm mount is engineered specifically for 2005-2010 Ford Mustang S197 models, including V6, GT, and Shelby GT500 variants. The stock upper control arm mount on these cars can flex under load and absorb power instead of transferring it to the tires, especially when the car is lowered. The UCM001R replaces the OE mount with a robust laser-cut, CNC-formed steel plate unit and offers three adjustable mounting positions to fine-tune the instant center and antisquat characteristics of the rear suspension.

By dramatically reducing upper control arm mount flex and enabling geometry adjustments, this part improves traction during launches and cornering consistency for street, drag, or road racing applications. The heavy-duty construction and durable red powder coat finish provide long-lasting performance and a race-ready look. Installation typically takes about 2-3 hours with basic hand tools, and the adjustable design accommodates lowered vehicles without compromising geometry.
