Dispatch Time

Carriers

The estimated delivery time is usually 2–3 working days after the item has been dispatched.

Once the courier collects the parcel from us, delivery times may vary depending on the courier network. We kindly ask customers to allow the estimated delivery time for their order to arrive.

Shipping Costs

For mainland UK orders, delivery is included in the price of the item unless stated otherwise.

My Order Has Not Arrived

In the unlikely event that your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, it may be delayed, awaiting collection, or held at your local delivery office.

Please check your tracking details, local delivery office, neighbours, and any safe locations around your property.

If Royal Mail attempted delivery, they may not always leave a card. You can arrange redelivery using your tracking number on the Royal Mail website.

If the parcel still does not arrive after a few days, please contact us via eBay messages and we will be happy to help.

How Long Do I Have To Return A Product?

• Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• If the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, we will provide a return label or cover the return cost.

Your consumer rights are not affected.

Defective / Faulty Items

• If the product you purchased is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.
• Please message us via your eBay account by going to your order history and selecting Contact Seller on the item purchased from us.
• Our contact details can also be found on the invoice inside the parcel.

Condition Of Returned Items

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging unless there is a manufacturer defect.
• Items must be packaged securely for the return journey so they do not become damaged in transit.
• Please do not stick packaging tape directly to the product packaging.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Failure to do this may result in costs being deducted from the refund, up to 50%. This may also apply if an item appears to have been used before returning.

How Will I Receive The Refund Or Replacement?

• Once we inspect the return, we will issue a replacement or refund where applicable.
• You will be notified once a refund has been applied or a replacement has been dispatched.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Who Pays For Return Shipping?

• If the item is no longer wanted or required, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
• If the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us first so we can advise the best resolution.
• If you are unable to use a return label provided by us or eBay, you may be required to cover the return postage yourself.

Where Do I Return My Item?

• All returns must be requested through your eBay order history. This will provide the returns address and return label where applicable.
• Any returns sent without authorisation may not be eligible for a full refund.
• Please include your return slip and/or a copy of your invoice inside the parcel so we can process your return quickly.
