My item is defective. I want to return.

• If your item is defective, please contact us first (OLEDSWAPINC)
• In order to exchange the Screen, we will need to TEST the screen and be able to duplicate the issue reported.
• Each of our items has a special stamp that identifies that it is our product. If the stamp is missing or the item you sent back CAN NOT be identified as OUR screen, then we will NOT DO AN EXCHANGE. No exceptions. 
• No picture/Display, lines, internal/physical damage/cracked, Screw hole paint/Ink, cable damaged  ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
