With the beam spider construction this new design shaves weight while increasing gear range. It now has 10-51t to deliver advanced shifting performance and the Hyperglide+ provides fast and smooth shifting, even under load. Wide range with a close step drivetrain for better shifting performance.

Chain: CN-M7100

The new chain features quick-link assembly and is optimized for Hyperglide+ cassettes. It provides smooth shifting and enhanced chain retention thanks to an extended portion of the inner plate. It has shorter shift times and less pedaling shock. It also has SIL-TEC treatment for extended offroad durability. Uses quicklink SM-CN910-12 for easy connection.

Shifter: SL-M7100-IR

This shifter offers Shimano's rapidfire plus which shifts a maximum of 3 gears at a time (with the main lever). The I-spec ev lever offers a wide range of adjustments including increased lever slide range and mounts to your Shimano brakes seamlessly. The SLX shifter also has instantaneous push and pull movements with a 2way-release.

Derailleur: RD-M7100-SGS

The new 12 speed derailleur delivers advanced shifting performance with decreased tension in the low gear position. Larger 13 tooth pulleys increase efficiency and chain managemnet while compatibility with Shimanos new 12 speed cassette (included in this package) boosts range. Low-profile design avoids damage from rocks in rough terrain and the chain stabilizer reduces chain drop, chain slap, and general shifting noise to have a smooth quiet ride.
