We are not responsible for labor costs, installation errors, vehicle damage, or incidental or consequential damages related to the use or installation of purchased parts. Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Order Processing

• In-stock orders typically ship within 1 business day

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

• If a part is not in stock, it will be ordered from the manufacturer before shipment

Most orders ship complete within 2–3 business days.

Some manufacturer-supplied items may take 5–6 business days to arrive before shipment.

Shipping Transit Times

• Ground shipping transit times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on location

• Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed

Expedited & Oversized Shipping

• Expedited (overnight) shipping may be available for an additional cost

• Oversized or freight items may incur additional shipping charges

• Customers will be contacted for approval prior to shipment of oversized items

We cannot guarantee transit times for ground, oversized, or freight shipments.

Shipping Carriers

Backorders & Availability

• In the event an item is placed on backorder or discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to source the part or provide available options

• If a delay or issue arises, you will be contacted promptly

Shipping Limitations

• We ship within the United States only

• We do not ship internationally

• We do not ship C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) orders

If you need to request a return, please contact us to arrange authorization prior to sending any items back.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt

• A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return

• Parts must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

• Items must be in resalable condition

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to seller error

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used parts

• Installed or attempted-to-install parts

• Electrical components once opened or installed

• Items returned without original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse or return any item that does not meet the above criteria.

Return Inspection & Refunds

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Refunds will be issued only after the item passes inspection and eligibility is confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders, or portions of an order, may be cancelled prior to shipment only.

Once an item has shipped and is no longer in our possession, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
