Ram 94-97 Map Light Double Gauge Pod Angled

Looking to upgrade your Ram? This custom 3D printed part replaces the cubby or temperature readout in the map light to run two 52mm gauges. The design screws into the factory mounting spots in the map light reusing the factory hardware and doesn't require any cutting or drilling. The pods are angled at the driver for quick viewing.  It will work on any second generation Ram pickup 94-97 1500,2500 or 3500. It will not work on any other Ram pickup.

Disclaimer: This listing is only for the 3D printed part. It doesn't come with the gauges or any interior trim.

This is a raw 3D printed part you will see small lines leftover from manufacturing. My equipment and material produce a part that looks like a factory piece. I prefer the 3D printed look but the part can be sanded and painted to your preference.

Installation is simple and requires basic hand tools. Remove the map light with the two screws in the back towards the windshield. The map light is also held in with two interior clips just pull down and it will come out. Install the design in the map light by removing the cubby or temperature readout and reusing the stock hardware. Be careful when removing the screws! While testing my designs I broke some of the mounting points just by unscrewing them. The trick is to go slow when removing the screws and hold onto the plastic with some needle nose pliers. If you go too fast you will twist or break the plastic. The second gen trucks are notorious for brittle plastic.

I designed this with a 52.5mm hole for the gauge. Not all gauges are 52mm be sure to test fit your gauge DO NOT JUST PRESS IT IN. If you feel heavy resistance inserting the gauge, the design will need sanding or you have a gauge larger than 52mm. My gauge pod designs are meant to fit snugly so you don't have any rattles or noises. Inexpensive gauges are either larger or smaller than 52mm. If your gauge is loose add a layer of tape until it fits.

Do you sell files?

Ebay is a platform for selling physical items. While many 3D designs are shared or sold on file sharing sites I only sell finished prints.  All listings in my shop are original designs and are not available on any file sharing platforms. I encourage anyone with a 3D printer to learn how to 3D design.

Welcome to Driven2Print! I’m a Chicago based gearhead with a passion for 3D printing. I have 15+ years of professional experience in the printing and design industry. I use commercial grade printing equipment and high-quality materials for all my parts.

Every item in my shop is a custom part that takes many hours and revisions to develop. All of my designs start with OEM parts to create the best possible fitment. I take the time to measure, design, revise, test, and generally obsess to make sure that it fits like it came from the factory. I focus on quality. If I wouldn’t put it in my own car, I won’t sell it.

Just like with many aftermarket automotive products there are many cheaper imitations. Lower-priced listings are out there that are similar to my products. Some are exact copies of my own designs and photos. But they’re cheaper for a reason - they aren’t made with high-quality materials, they won’t fit as well, and they won’t hold up. Buy with confidence from my shop.
