You are looking at a pre-owned and used The Rocking Clown all wooden game. This does have missing pieces with only 8 of the balls (that are really cylinders, but this game calls them balls). Also missing are the instructions. These are all brightly colored wood. The box measures about 9 1/2" x about 9 1/2" x about 2 1/4" tall. Please see photographs for what is included.
