Balloon is sold FLAT and requires Air Inflation, Balloon Cup and Stick

You can air fill the balloons either with a straw and blow it up or a hand air pump. Insert into the opening of the balloon and fill it up.  Care must be taken when filling foil balloons.  Balloon is full of air when the centre is firm but the outer edge is still slightly wrinkled. Tie the end off once balloon is inflated or you can heat seal it using a heat sealer. There are video's on the internet showing how to seal with a hair straighter as the heat source.
