The lid has dings but fully operational and function as intended.

Stainless aluminum stainless tri-ply setup for durability.

This line was discontinued because of the high cost. In fact the Farberware Advantage Collection Motto is "You're either rich or you love to cook". The ordinary Farberware are stainless steel inside infused with aluminum bottom. However, this is tri-ply with stainless steel inside infused to an aluminum disk and then a stainless steel outside for durability and better cooking.
