This vintage Valentine's Day decoration is brand new and in excellent condition!  It does have a 1.75" subtle crease that occurred during storage, but the item has never been used.  I have enclosed a closeup photo of this.  I laminated this die cut for durability!  Because, I did so, I believe the crease blends in a little more easily.  This item comes from a smoke free home.

Though I have no date or brand on this die cut, I do know that it is a vintage item, as I have had it for quite some time.  The decoration is double-sided and measures 15" x 12".  It has a hole, up at the top for hanging.

This die cut features a sitting cream-colored dog, with various shades of brown.  He has brown eyes, dark brown ears, and a black nose.  This cute smiling dog is wearing a blue postal carrier's jacket.  His blue brimmed hat has a black and yellow band.  The dog also has a blue bow around his neck.  Also, around his neck, he has a brown and tan mail bag with black stitching.  In it are 5 hearts in the colors of red and pink.  In the dog's mouth is a large red heart with "Be Mine" printed in white.  At the bottom of this die cut are more red and pink hearts and cream-colored envelopes with red and pink heart stickers.

This decoration is rare and difficult to find in brand new condition!  I have only seen 1 other, that is preowned, online.

This die cut would make a wonderful addition to a classroom, office, or household to be displayed around Valentine's Day!  I am hoping to find it a good home.
