We ship Monday through Saturday except for observed Holidays.
Same day shipping is standard for orders received by 2:00 PM Pacific time Monday through Friday.
Saturday orders will ship the same day if received by 11:00 AM Pacific time.
Most of our items ship via the U.S. Postal service unless otherwise noted in the product listing.
We offer a 30 day, no-questions asked return policy.
Please initiate your return through your eBay order dashboard. Once we approve your request, a postage-paid label with be sent to you. Please carefully repackage your item and drop your package at your nearest mail facility. Once items are received by us, refunds take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days to process.
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. For new clothing this means that all tags must be attached. For all other items, original packaging and accessories must be included with your return. Otherwise, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Outbound shipping is not refundable unless we shipped out the wrong item or the item was sold with free shipping included. Therefore, we ask that you refer to our sizing chart when ordering your clothing item(s). We are more than happy to take and communicate any measurements you require before your purchase to avoid fit issues upon arrival.
