These socks are made of a blend of 75% washable wool and 25% nylon.  I would recommend hand washing them and laying flat to dry to avoid pilling.

Measurements:

Cuff:  approx. 2 1/2"
Heel to toe:  2 1/2"
Top of Cuff to Heel:  4 1/2"
