This is a Vintage Rug Crafters Speed Tufting Needle Tool Kit Tapestry in Box. It comes in original box and accessories are still in wrapping. I’m not sure what the metal rack is used for or if it original came with the kit, but it was part of the set when I got this so I am selling it with the kit.
