Nice condition and reset to factory setting.  Includes digital pocket memo, plug in interview microphone, hand held remote control, charging cradle with USB cord, AC power adapter, two desktop microphones with splitter cable, manual, and case with one case lock key.  Case has some signs of use, but set is in overall great condition.
