-Description: This is the original artwork for the 2-2-1931 daily comic strip Dumb Dora by Paul Fung, Jr. Dumb Dora was originally created by Chic ("Blondie") Young in 1924, and Young drew it until 1930. Paul Fung, who also worked with Cliff Sterett on "Polly and Her Pals" drew Dora from 1930 through 1932. Bill Dwyer took over the strip thereafter. This daily features the always fashionable flapper-esque Dora Bell and her friends commiserating about the sudden wealth (and all the male attention which it has attracted) of a rival. Some attention she can do without. A cute gag if a bit catty. The daily is titled "One-Way Traffic" on the reverse. Wonderfully rendered daily by Paul Fung packed with gorgeous gals and earl 1930s fashions. BSE

-The art is in excellent overall condition. Minor age/handling wear. Pencil notes to reverse.
