Up for sale is a SHAG 13-color hand-pulled serigraph entitled, "The Uphill Climb" from 2021. This is one of a handful of images that SHAG has produced which emphasize Palm Springs subject matter. This serigraph features two Mid-Century Modern architectural icons, both designed by legendary architect, John Lautner. The first is The (Bob and Dolores) Hope Residence; and the second is The Elrod House, which was famously featured as the villain’s lair in the James Bond film, Diamonds are Forever. The print measures 28” x 43” (approx 71cm x 109cm). The serigraph is signed by SHAG and is individually numbered from an edition of 200 copies only. The certificate of authenticity is included.
