Bowens Equipe Head, never tested, I can tell the flash tube is damaged though so at a minimum it needs a new flashtube.

As mentioned the flash tube is damaged and the head has never been tested (I don't have an Equipe pack), my assumption would be it'll work fine with a new tube but there may be other faults.
